How are you able to offer such low transaction rates?

We negotiate on behalf of every gym on Mithly. Our payments partner has locked in rates for the whole network that a single gym could never get on its own.

What is the payment migration like?

Safe. Saved cards move between processors as tokens, so members never re-enter a card and you never touch a card number.

Is it difficult to migrate from my current platform?

No. We migrate everything for you: members, memberships and saved cards. White-glove, start to finish.
