5. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, Mithly and the gym you belong to may send you SMS messages, such as class and booking reminders, billing and payment notifications, and, where you have separately opted in, marketing messages from your gym. To deliver these messages we collect and store your mobile phone number, your opt-in consent records, and your message history.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Sharing with service providers is limited to vendors acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages (such as our SMS delivery provider).

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP. See the Text Messaging section of our Terms of Service for full details.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
